3.Calibration
3.1 When shall I do the calibration?
IntelliGO Free i3 CGM requires 2 calibrations per day to reach its best performance. We recommend you to claibrate when your CGM reading is stable. Usually you can calibrate after you get up in the morning before meal, and calibrate again before you go to bed. Alternativelly, you can check the arrow at the main screen of IntelliGO app to be horizontal at the time you will check your blood glucose and calibrate.
3.2 Why is my calibration not accepted?
Check if the CGM is connected on App, there is an icon named "CGM" on app's main screen, indicating the connection status. Yes: Check the notification when your calibration is not accepted, wait a while and calibrate again. If it is not possible, tap "restart communication" in Intelligo app settings, verify that CGM get connected to the app (for more information go to 2.1.2 ) and calibrate again. 3.3 Must I calibrate twice a day?
If you think that the CGM is working well, you can reduce the times of calibration, talk to your healthcare professional or diabetes team. Go to 3.1 for more information
3.4 What to do if the intelliGO Free App shows calibration error?
Retry to calibrate. If it is not possible, close IntelliGO app in the background, reopen it and reenter calibration.
