3. If no, Check the app version. Is latest software installed? If No: Update app to latest software version. Did this solve your problem?
4. If no, Has the battery been used up. If Yes: Exchange sensor. Did this solve your problem?
5. If no, Check if your phone brand / model is compatible? If Yes: Exchange Sensor and Transmitter. Did this solve your problem?
6. If no, Try using another mobile phone. Was system operation resumed?. Did this solve your problem?
7. If no, Re-install the transmitter. Was operation resumed? If No: Individual Case. Report to Intelligo and exchange sensor
